An age has more than 1 production building (with the exception of the stone age). Production buildings, unlike Check your inventory for what sre called 'forge point packs'. You can receive packs of 2, 5, or 10 fps. The larger rewards will all be multiples of those numbers (ie 11 fps could be 5 fps + (3 x 2 fps) You can keep them in your inventory and let them build up before using them. i've checked my inventory and there is only 5 forge points there soBT.
